Wonton

So America's wontons and Hong Kong wontons are different, in fact they are very different! I found out today as I took a HUGE bite of a prawn wonton.

A wonton is a type of dumpling commonly found in a number of Chinese cuisines.
The filling is typically made of: In the states, wontons are made with something soft (I always assumed it was pork considering it is a Chinese dish). Today I bit down into something hard (not a good surprise). Only to find out this wonton was filled with shrimp. I didn't test the waters to see if they were all shrimp or a combination of things....I just stuck to eating the noodles! I am constantly learning! :)

We are going to a place called Duke's Burger for dinner with other Deloitte people. I will let you know how that goes tomorrow. Sorry no pictures today, I will post some tomorrow!
