Omelet Brunch

This morning/afternoon we had an omelet brunch on our roof top since it was Mother's Day and none of us have our mother's here what better way to celebrate than with friends. It was a beautiful day! Days like today make the all dreary days worth it!

If none of you have tried this, you should...it's super easy! Omelets in ziploc bags....All you do is crack your eggs and add whatever else you want in you omelet in your bag and then put it in a pot of boiling water for about 10 min and then presto made to order omelets for all :)

Freddo making the coffee yes we did everything on the grill, it was GREAT
We just put the Le Crueset and the tea pot on the grill and it worked like a charm

Sadly I did not take any pictures of our finished omelets or the huge stack of pancakes that we devoured with none other than Karo pancake syrup that mom ships me from TN!
